M3A1 37mm anti-tank gun in Camp Douglas, WI

This is one of 6 artillery pieces preserved at the Wisconsin National Guard Museum at Volk Field along I-94. Note that the breechblock and gun tube are both marked as the M3A1; yet the muzzle threads, indicative of a M3A1, for a muzzle brake are absent.
