7.58cm light mine launcher in Platteville, WI

This small portable German mortar from WWI is not very imposing like most artillery pieces but it is certainly a unique piece. It was originally made with wooden spoke wheels that would be quickly removed when the gun was put into action. The steel spoke wheels on this piece are practical for long term outdoor display.
